Sony Electronics Inc. has today announced the addition of three new Cyber-shot compact digital cameras to its lineup -- the Sony TX9, Sony WX5 and Sony T99. The Sony DSC-T99 marks the entry-point to the group, and replaces last year's TX1 model. The DSC-T99 features fourteen megapixel resolution from a CCD image sensor, and couples this with a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar-branded 4x optical zoom lens.
