Sanyo has announced two new Xacti Dual Camera models for the US and European continents that, if not the same product under different names, are at the least very closely related. The US-model Sanyo Xacti VPC-PD2 was first to be announced a couple of weeks ago, although we didn't catch the press release at the time. The European equivalent, the Sanyo Xacti VPC-PD1, followed up with an announcement from the company's European headquarters in Munich, Germany yesterday.
