Japan's Ricoh Co. Ltd. has released updated firmware for its unusual GXR digital camera system, which offers interchangeable lens/sensor combos. The new updates bring the Ricoh GXR body as well as both the GR LENS A12 50mm F2.5 MACRO and RICOH LENS S10 24-72 mm F2.5-4.4 VC camera modules up to firmware version 1.07. For both modules, Ricoh has improved autoexposure accuracy when using the GXR's autoexposure lock feature.
