Russell Preston Brown, Senior Creative Director at Adobe Systems Inc., has released a panel that guides users through the steps of creating a painting from a photo using Photoshop CS5. Mentioned on the blog of John Nack, Principal Product Manager for Adobe Photoshop, the new panel doesn't seem to be linked from elsewhere on Russell's site, but is now available for download as a zip archive, and is described in detail in a QuickTime tutorial video.
