From its headquarters in Japan, Pentax has today released firmware v1.02 for it's flagship K-7 digital SLR. Also available for download from the Pentax USA website, Pentax K-7 firmware version 1.02 includes several changes, as listed in the official release notes. A new sharpness option - "Fine Sharpness 2" - has been added which is selectable from the camera's various Custom Image modes.
