A new digital picture frame announced today by Germany's JOBO AG offers a pretty unusual feature - the ability to scan photo prints for display on the frame. The JOBO ScanViewer has an eight-inch TFT LCD display with 800x600 pixel resolution and a 4:3 aspect ratio. Contrast ratio for the display is 400:1, and 1GB of internal memory is provided along with slots to read CompactFlash, Secure Digital (including MMC and SDHC), Memory Stick, and xD-Picture Card media.
